Where the reputation comes from

Neighbours keep saying the same two things: honest, and did not oversell.

Every figure here comes from the business's Google listing and its own published record. Nothing on this page is a claim we invented for it.

What you are agreeing to

Four commitments, stated before the work starts.

Each one is a promise this business makes in its own words. They are here at the top of the page rather than buried in terms, because that is the whole point of them.

Technician working on rooftop condensing units with manifold gauges

01

You get a time that fits your day, not ours

Appointments are booked around when you are actually home. The phone is answered around the clock on 281-419-8035, and if you send a request in the evening or at the weekend, calling is the faster route.

02

You get the price before anyone touches the equipment

We evaluate the system on site, then tell you the exact cost. No number is quoted down the phone, because a number given without seeing the house is a guess, and a guess is how people end up feeling sold to.

Technician testing an indoor furnace with a meter

03

You get told when the answer is to do nothing

Systems we install now run up to 60 percent more efficient than equipment built ten years ago. When that arithmetic favours replacement we will show you. When it does not, we say so and repair what you have.

You get the job finished the first time

Ducts sized to move the right volume of air into every room, components sealed so nothing leaks, the thermostat calibrated, and a full inspection before we leave.

    01

The attic is past what the equipment was sized for

On a Montgomery County afternoon the space above your ceiling runs far hotter than the air outside. Ducts running through it lose capacity before the air ever reaches a room.

  2. 100

    02

    The system stops keeping up

This is where a marginal capacitor, a low charge or a restricted filter stops being invisible. The unit runs continuously and still loses ground.

  3. 90

    03

Rooms start disagreeing with each other

Uneven temperatures between rooms usually mean air balance, not a failing unit. Hot and cold spot assessment finds where the distribution went wrong.

Everything looks fine, which is when to book

Maintenance done here is the reason an air conditioner reaches fifteen years and a gas furnace twenty to twenty-five.

“Very knowledgeable about air conditioners, thermostats, doorbell systems and attic insulation which saved me money.”angela bebel, Google

Before it fails

The cheapest repair is the one booked in April.

Filters, capacitors, drain lines, contactors and coils are what we replace most often, and every one of them gives warning before it strands you. Maintenance is simply the visit where somebody looks.

Wesley is THE AC GUY!! I had the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER with this company and their service. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and a true expert at all things AC. What made it even more amazing was the fact that he is very honest, did not try to sell me more things than I needed

Wes was recommended to me by a friend who is particular over who she hires. I found him to be friendly and more importantly very knowledgeable about air conditioners, thermostats, doorbell systems and attic insulation which saved me money.

The A/C guy has been such a blessing to me and my home this year. After being ripped off from the guy that I used for years. Wesley and Cynthia both provided quality customer service and installation at a great price for a new Air Handler in my home. I highly recommend due to their honesty, patience with me, customer service and quality of work.

Installing from scratch

Ductwork sized to the room, not to the box.

A first-time system means designing and installing the ductwork as well: sized to supply and exhaust the right volume of air to each room, every joint sealed against leaks, the thermostat calibrated, and the whole system inspected before we call it finished.

Before you call

The questions worth answering before anyone books anything.

With regular preventative maintenance you can expect an air conditioner to last around 15 years and a gas furnace 20 to 25 years. Age on its own is not a reason to replace anything. What matters is what the system is costing you to run and what the next repair would cost against it.

It depends on the size of the building, the ductwork already in place, and whether you want anything added, such as a smart thermostat or an air cleaner. We do not quote a number over the phone, because a number given without seeing the house is a guess. We come out, evaluate it on site, and give you the exact price before any work starts.

The office runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The phone is answered 24 hours a day. If you submit a request through this site in the evening or at the weekend, call 281-419-8035 as well, because that reaches somebody directly.

Filters first, and a clogged one restricts air flow enough to freeze the unit. After that: thermostats, refrigerant leaks, blocked drain lines, breakers and fuses, start and run capacitors, the compressor, evaporator and condenser coils, and worn contactors. Most call-outs land somewhere on that list.

Sometimes. Systems we install now run up to 60 percent more efficient than equipment built ten years ago, so if your bills are climbing or you are facing an expensive repair on an old unit, the arithmetic can favour replacement. If it does not, we will tell you that instead.

The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, Magnolia, Willis, Tomball, Montgomery and Houston. We work on both homes and commercial buildings across Montgomery County.

Get the number before the work, not after it.

We come out, look at the system, and give you the exact price for your house. If the honest answer is that it does not need replacing yet, that is the answer you will get.
